Arimidex dossage on TRT

I need some help with Estrogen management. I am on .40 testosterone cypionate every four days. My Endo gave me Arimidex for estrogen control. He told me to take 1mg per day, every day, and after 6 weeks we will see what labs look like. From what I have read, that is to much. Should I be taking .25mg every day, or every other day?

Estradiol 62 reference Range 39 or less

Well if you take 1 mg per day you will crush your e2. If you take .25 mg per day you will crush your e2. Try .25 twice a week then retest. Adex is a very strong drug and can work too well at times.

I am on trt and my dr does not give me any estro control. I am at 100mg per week of cypionate.

If I were to take .25 twice a week , when is the best time to take , the day before , the day of shot, or the day after ?

Day after is best for the spike.
