Arimidex dosage for me

OK, I got hold of some A-dex tabs( 1mg). Ive seen recommendations ranging from o.25 mg-0.5mg ED, but since my tabs are damn near impossible to split correctly, can I take 1mg e3D? Since the half life is rather long( 3 days) I guess I would be ok with this, right? Ill be using it to counter bloat( on a test/winny cycle right now, bloat is a major issue for me).

Possibly you can do it every 3 days, but honestly i dunno if it's the best way to take it!

why can't you just split it in half? and take .5 eod

wondering the same, get a pill cutter! I would actually take even less, like maybe .5mg EOD or E3D, you really shouldn't need much of an AI like dex or letro IMO

I've been splitting my adex with a kitchen knife. Makes a pretty clean cut.
