I have no doubt Apex will take care of any issues. Favorite company and NOS has been awesome since the PHF days. So this is in no way against Apex or their quality but just trying to offer some helpful suggestions. I recently opened a box I had shipped in around January I believe. Recently opened them to discover the silver liner between the bottom and clear bottle had come unattached and there was a glue like barrier with a hole where about 20% or so of my Aet bottles had leaked out. Now I haven’t emailed CS yet as I just saw it and I have no doubt Apex will take care of it. I only bring this up to help NOS in case it’s an issue with the new bottles so he’s not out losing money having to replace a bunch of product. It only happened with this shipment though the rest have been fine other than the pumps stopped working on a few bottles. But you cannot beat the price, quality, and customer service you will receive.
