Arimadex before or after workout?

Was wondering if there is any difference when to take my Arimadex, before Or after my workout and if It even matters? Thanks for your reply!
 
Not sure, my theory is to take it at night before bed. Adex works quick, like overnight. If you get your E2 to low, it will kill your libido and strength.
 
I prefer a morning dose as you'll be even (hormonally) for most of the day, then once it tapers down you'll be sleeping so no sides from that drop in hormone.
