Looking to start taking BCAAs again. I have taken them in the past. But now there seems to be a whole bunch proclaiming to be the best. Are these 10:1:1 ratios or 8:1:1 really better then the old school 2:1:1?
10 grams before/after fasted training are beneficial. Otherwise I don't see the use in them--you should get plenty of amino acids through the protein in your diet.
