Are Raspberry Ketones BS??

I’d say so, why supplement ketones when the ketones you are trying to produce come from dietary/body fat ?

The final study used 160mg/kg in rats which is ~2.1g for a 80kg human.

The other two studies used a % of total food intake in their high fat diets, which equates to quite a substantial daily dose in humans.

Lol...I always lived that. 1% of the food intake was rasp ketones in a lot of studies I believe. That's 4.5 grams for every pound of food you eat. You could be looking at 30 grams a day.
