Ok ....now...I wanna follow a abs cardio programme from fitness blender....where I want to substitute all the cardio into jumping jacks....because I am haging problem in flexing my knees...with the other cardios..
Is dat ok !? How much effective jumping jacks are !!?

Thank you...

Program for abs?

= diet, and expenditure greater than intake until BF% low enough.

Jumping jacks are fine, though you may want to find more than just this that works for you...

Cycling?
Elliptical?
Rowing machine?

No cycling and rowing machines available here ...

None available?
Working out at home? Small gym?

Great it is a strength program too, what I hoped to see.

In a caloric deficit through this?

If you really enjoy jump ropes then they will work great for you. If you don't enjoy them, they won't.

Find exercises that you really enjoy and you can increase you progress and you will achieve the body you want, guaranteed. If you do exercises that you don't enjoy you won't, simple.

Same as diet. Eat foods you like and will stick to to meet your goals.

Focus more on diet, then workouts, jumping jacks are cool but I would personally do burpees, you use your whole body.

Honestly if you are looking for cardio then jumping jacks are perfectly fine. Jumping rope is much better for cardio in my opinion though. However, if you are having joint issues then I would do whatever you enjoy most and whatever hurts your joints the least (for longevity purposes). You could also do a circuit workout instead of just a normal "strength workout" and utilize less rest between sets so that you literally get a cardio workout from your strength training.

Good advice

Not good! I once had a personal trainer who had me do lots of jumping jacks and bunny hops! My knees were almost destroyed...save your joints, there are so many better things then clown moves!
