Planning on doing another ARA run, but since my daily routine has changed I'm not too sure when/how best to take/dose it.
Every other ARA run I've done I've taken all 6 caps (X-Gels) on an empty stomach 45 minutes pre-workout (as recommended). However, I now work out later in the evening, drinking a coffee around 30-45 minutes pre-workout for a steady boost. So can I take ARA with my coffee or would taking it with the coffee negate the effects? Or, as it's a saturation/build up effect type of supplement, would dosing it on an empty stomach upon waking in the morning every day be just as effective.

I know ARA provides both strength and size benefits, but for this run it'd be purely for it's hypertrophy effects.
 
Perfectly fine to take with coffee.

It is kind of “saturation” based product in the sense that we supplement it to shift phospholipid content which leads to changes in response to training. Consistent dosing to achieve this shift is important and the reason people get super into pre workout dosing and with certain things is this is theorized to “maximize” the effect of each dose to reach this end goal. Any consistent dosing should still work towards this though.

I wouldn’t stress dosing too much, but I’d still aim for pre workout dosing in training days if that’s convenient (and again wouldn’t worry about taking it with some coffee).

I take my caps just after my warm up sets, regardless of what I've eaten or drunk prior.

I wouldn't be too worried either way though

I've run ARA eight or so times in the past, it's my number 1 natty anabolic, just never deviated from the recommended "on an empty stomach" dosing.
