Add a day or two of dosing on off days when fasted.
 
Wait, so take it 2 hours after a meal and wait 2 hours to eat?

Certainly not a necessity, just a theoretical ideal dosing scheme. Many have taken with meals, or without such an extreme "empty stomach" dosing as no food for 4 hrs with absolutely tremendous results.
 
I remember reading earlier in this thread (or maybe it was a different ArA thread) something about brown fat, could someone care to elaborate or help me?
