Hi guys! Gonna start with my X-Gels run in a couple weeks. Although I have a simple question first: I know it's suggested to make it last 50 workouts, which should theoretically last 10 weeks if somebody works out 5days/week.
What if I workout 4days/week though, do I still make ARA last 50 workouts or is it better to take it on an off-day as well to make it last 10 weeks, and not 12.5?
I'm gonna take it alongside Massmax XT (first 8 weeks) and Tr1umph. Other stuff I'll take is High Volume (prewo), Amino IV (intra), Orange Triad, vitamin D.
