ArA/powerlifting/and cutting weight

Ok so I've been doing some reading on ArA and I have a few things I hope to clear up. First off I'm a powerlifter and I need to drop about 25 pounds from 220 to 195 to make my weight class. I'm curious as to if taking ArA would help me maintain and even possible gain strength. I know ur told to take in more cals when on ArA because it, from my understanding amplifies ur workout I'm not sure how else to say it. So would being on decreased cals and taking ArA make it worse because my workouts are amplified but I'm taking in less nutrients. Also why is it not recommended for people with GI issues and what is the reason for the 50 days off I see alot of people saying that but no one says why maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places. Also how would stacking forskolin, DAA and erase with ArA help more with maintaining strength or is ArA a good stand alone supp to help me keep/gain strength? I'd appreciate any advice that is given. God bless. Also I'm not going to drop weight ultra fast.

ArA have a great recomp effects. i also got leaner and stronger . ArA would stack perefectly with Forskolin 75mg day. Erase pro and DAA.
Dope stack for losing weight while maintance muscle/strengh.

I don't know about for powerlifting competitions personally, but I love ArA and I take it at least 4 times a year. I do have a bad case of elbow tendonitis that always acts up when I use ArA, and I really hate it but I love ArA so much I just take some Joint Help and fight through the pain. I have never taken it and not noticed an improvement in appearance or increase in strength, every time I have had big gains.

How long do you plan to cut to lose that weight? With a well thought out plan you could preserve quite a bit (maybe all or even get stronger) of strength IMO.

ArA could fit that plan very effectively as well. I think it really shines in altering body comp while increasing strength (in my experiences). I ran a log of SNS X-gels while training and gained a good bit of strength and leaned out a bit. ArA + Forskolin would be the foundation for the goals of maintaining lean mass and strength in your situation (when I used ABE + ArA I dropped a couple pounds and got stronger while running the Cube Method).

Invalid Link Removed. It's not recommended for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome or any type of inflammatory condition or disease because it works by increase inflammation. That also happens to be the reason for the time off and the length of the cycle. It just wouldn't be healthy to run it long term. You don't have to stack it with anything. Forskolin and Daa would be great additions though. I wouldn't add erase because it can also cause some aches and pains, that is depending on how you react to it. Bottom line is that you will be fine running it solo.

What he said is definitely true everytime I use ArA I have to use Joint Help to reduce inflammation in my elbows. The benefits are astounding otherwise I wouldn't do this to myself, but it is one of my favorite supplements. Just finished a cycle actually of X-gels. Awesome gains.

Thanks for the replies everyone. And I plan on losing 1 pound a week with around 2500 cals a day I'm doing westside method and am liking it so far I hope this ArA will help in that aspect.

Definitely get in on a Bolt log. Your never the same once youve been into one.

kbayne has a great ArA log too.

ArA is great for strength, and often when keeping calories the same people will lean out on X-Factor as well which is quite ideal for powerlifting (heavier weights lifted and lower bodyweight).

This was my exact stack that I used this spring and it worked great. Increased my strength and uped my performance level to the max! I think you will do well with this stack op give it a run!

Thanks for the link to kbaynes log bro beans. Just finished urs and those are some nice gains in 4 weeks I might have to buy some and maybe do a log.

Do it :D No pressure or anything ;)

if you do, you can save your X-Gel used product container and send them back to us to earn free product (applies for all SNS products). Follow the link in my sig for more details.

Really?! That's come cool beans bromigo ill deffinatley have to check that out. Thanks for the heads up.

I have another question u guys might be able to help me out with. I understand the 50 days on 50 days off deal. The question I have is I work out 3 days a week so if I only take ArA on workout days that means I would run it for 4 months and a week to complete 50 workout days. Would I have to wait that same time period before taking it again or just 50 straight days off. I think I know the answer and I know this is kind of a silly question but I just want to make sure.

No problem.

Use it for 50 days, i.e. everyday you use it, count it as one day and don't include the days you don't take it. Well, at least I don't. Then have 50 days off straight.

so let me get it strighet. got 2 bottles of XFA and i'm running 4capsules 3 times a week. so should i keep running them both? it's seems fine when you say don't to count the days i ain't use it.

You're only lifting 3 times a week?

Unfornatally. yes... the gym in my city opens only 3 times a week. it's the worst place ever . gotta hate it ...
couldn't do anything about it though, i tried so many times to make it happen'
and can anyone answer my question above just gotta make it clear if i can run two bottles of XFA strighet if i'm poping 4 capsules 3 days a week.
so shouldn't i count the off days to the 50days cycle?

Don't want to sound too suspicious but it doesn't mean it healthy as he do it . just want to make it clear if it is ok to running it the way he does ...

I've seen others say that same way, it just seems like it will make the bottles last longer. I guess it would just be user preference

Sweet, so basically if one bottle last me 25 workouts i can run 2 bottles strighet? well that's awesome, more bang for the buck , so i should keep looking for a stim free preworkout that contain GMS for my next bottle of XFA , does any one have tried the new High Volume? thinking of stacking it with New Titanium, and as pre workout will Pop Carnibolic and 4 caps ArA. it will stack well together?

We always recommend two bottles back to back, with the new workout day only dosing protocol we now advise 50 workout days rather than 50 consecutive days.

GMS is very inexpensive in bulk from NutraPlanet, I would go that option rather than attempt to find a preWO with a full 5g+ dosage. Titanium and High Volume look to be a solid products, they should stack nicely with X-Factor/XFA.

This.

The studies i've seen are 1g per DAY for 50 consecutive days (2 bottles), so running it at a much lower dose (3g per week as opposed to 7g) you can extend out the cycle a bit longer.

Are the benefits more profound at 2g compared to 1g?

Yeah, but if you haven't run it before; don't jump in at 2g. Start at the lowest dosage possible that you get what you expect from the product; that way you run it longer and still get the benefits from it.
