ARA General Help?

Im currently coming off of an osta cycle rn (which i loved) and I'm looking into what my next stack should be looking like.

Ive read a lot of nice stuff about ARA and its looks to me like this can compete with costa but without the need of an otc pct which I like.

So I'm looking into starting up a cycle of ARA @ 1.5g on workout days for 8 weeks. I train 6 days a week meaning I would need to probably get another bottle of the x-gels. Ive read that this sup needs some other sups to go along with it for example soy lecithin granules. Anything else?


really a noob to this supplement and just stumbled upon it on these forums. any help is appreciated.
 
Dma378 is doing this exact same PCT, so to speak. The thread posted above is also a great source of info for ARA
 
Indeed I am, and loving it. Really starting to take off. I am simply combining it with Conqu3r-DGE pre-workout which has ALCAR and GMS in it to further enhance the affects of the ArA. You can check out my log to get an idea of how it's going for me:

But also follow the link posted above for tons of great info on ArA. The guys in that thread are really knowledgeable and helped me a ton before I started my run.
 
A product like X-Factor or X-Gels will be very effective on its own, and even more so when stacked with emulsifying ingredients such as glycerol monostearate and other muscle building products such as test boosters.

You can use X gels solo. Just take the dose 30 mins pre workout on workout days only :D
