ArA and sterol complex from Universal

Currently taking ArA, Soy lecithin, Alcar and have a bottle of universal sterol looks like it has cissus, how counter productive would the ingredients be, should I keep it out of the stack, just started second bottle of ArA.

Take them as far away from eachother and I dont think it would be any issue

I don’t know all the mechanisms of cissus, but I don’t think it would be a major issue.

This is probably the best solution. If you spread it out as far as apart as possible then you should be fine.
