ArA and nutrition

Hello everyone, new to this forum or actually any forum. A little background info, 19 and have been lifting since 17. I know pretty much all the good stuff about lifting iron by just researching and reading forums like bodybuilding.com and ones like this. I made an account here because i felt the people here geniunely help you out unlike others, when a rookie question is asked, they try to get reps or be funny by replying in sarcasm to act experienced. Anyways to get to the point, I have recently picked up ArA from sns xgels, my question is that what kind of nutrition would be beneficial to do a "recomp". Correct me if i use that term wrong but what i mean is basically lean out. Keep my size and weight relatively same and gain lbm . I was lean before for majority of my lifting run, I recently bulked up 40 pounds using the Gomad method. I have little to no definition now. So should i eat maintenance while on ArA or eat more, eat less,? ArA even good? And btw i will do 6 caps pwo on lifting days 4 days working out. No cardio. Help will be apreciated, thanks

personally I like running x gels with abe and doing a bulk stack where I will be in a caloric surplus trying to gain muscle mass. 6 caps is the best dosage i have used for 50 training days straight.

So do you think its a bad idea to run this with some bcaa's casein and a little calorie deficit to keep my muscle (or maybe slightly increase it) while shedding fat. I will be doing mostly low reps to keep my strength and muscle (compounds)

I have run ARA at 4 caps using X-Factor so a total of 1 grams per day, a slightly lower dose, i used it in a caloric deficit and it allowed for me to maintain strength levels whilst at a calorie deficit of -1000kcal's below my maintenance level, i noticed its effects seemed around 6-7 workout sessions to notice increased DOMS and a slightly improved pump, strength only maintained + i was also using this product in combination with 5 grams of creapure per day and Phosphadic Acid from Cutlers King supplement.

Overall i would like to run again in a caloric surplus or at least maintenance to give it another try for additional strength and muscle mass improvements.

For reducing body fat levels whilst increasing muscle i feel Follidrone 2.0 and Exotherm by Black Lion Research are great.

Recomping is typically maintenance calories. It's slow results in both directions usually. I prefer hard buljs and cuts personally. BCAA's won't be needed if protein is already high enough. As for your original question, ArA is great for a recomp. I prefer it on a bulk

While x is very versatile and can be used while cutting, recomping, or bulking, I have personally seen the best results during straight bulks. But I have run it while cutting and recomping with great results as well.
