someone asked a question about applying gels and creams and having the product being on the hands. I found an easy way to apply is by sticking your hand in a ziploc bag and apply.
one of the other guys had a great idea...put the dollup of gel on the bottom of a glass....touch it to one application area...then the other, then use the bottom of the glass to rub it in. i've been using the bottom of an empty plastic supplement bottle... works great and i don't have to worry about getting it on my hands or wasting any gel
