I have to start by giving a sincere apology for the delay in replying. This process turned out to be a much larger undertaking than I had expected.

In the past, every single AppNut rep I added was individually sought out and recruited one on one. This is my preferred method. Stalk my prey and pounce on them in the form of a PM. This whole idea of applications basically required me to attempt to apply the same level of investigative meticulousness to a lot of people's forum histories.

Overall, we had a LOT of people to stalk, and a lot of strong members. However, for me to add someone I needed them to be strong in all aspects of what I needed: Quality posts, good attitude, strong post count ratio compared to membership, steady forum activity, and interest and previous use of AppNut products. The issue is I had people that were strong in some of these, but only a couple who were remotely strong in ALL. With this in mind, I cannot add any applicants AT THIS TIME. I will continue to monitor some members, and may be sending a PM invite in the future. If by chance I wait too long and the interest is lost, or they are picked up by another company- that will simply be our loss. In good conscience, I can't add anyone now, don't want to string anyone along, and can only hope things align to where I can get a couple of you guys on the team in the coming months. As an apology for anyone left waiting..... anyone who submitted an actual application to me prior to today: Send me your shipping information. I want to thank you properly for your interest in our company and your patience.

Cool appreciate the closure but I will not ask for anything from you guys just for applying. I've been given enough during my time here!

These guys all support our company enough to be interested in working with us. They took the time to apply, were patient in waiting, and overall are all good members of the AM.com community. A small thank you is the least we can do honestly.

Real stand-up move here. Hard not to respect everything you said and the way you handled it. Nice to see the loyal AppNut followers get rewarded for wanting to be part of the team too.
 
Thanks to everyone for being patient and understanding in the process. Thanks for everyone who took interest if you applied or just in for the ride! It gives us positive feedback about our team doing work. We greatly appreciate your input. Stick tight, it'll all come together soon enough.

I totally admire the decision they came to. Rather than just picking someone for the sake of filling a spot, you guys actually took the time out of your lives (or maybe only Vit did haha IDK) to corroborate if the Rep applicant deserved the spot :). This speaks wonders of the company, since they know they have a reputation to uphold and live up to as a known company. Not to mention that they even took the time to explain the reason and thank the people who applied, while this doesn't mean they are "not good enough" it means they do not go with what you are looking for now but who knows, maybe in the future? As well it does show the team who are their loyal followers/costumers who want to be part of them and help them out in that position.
Even though I didn't apply, thanks for the consideration of explaining it and letting us know that you are still trying to find that missing link in the AppNut chain of Representation :p! Maybe this way, the candidates that did apply can show more dedication and perhaps surprise Vit enough to get picked :p?

W.E the result is, this just makes AppNut an amazing, honest and respectful company. :p Awesome stuff guys!! And good luck to AppNut finding their future team member, as well as good luck to the "Victims being stalked by Vitruvian" and may both parties find whats best for them!
