Does one still get the probiotic benefits from taking the pressed tablets vs the liquid?

There are always going to be positives to using the pills. I would recommend a probiotic if that is what your looking for. It would be better then trying to get it from ACV tablets.

I can see why someone would want to take the tabs over the liquid. Liquid ACV doesn't have the best taste in the world. haha

ACV (Braggs) liquid did make my teeth a bit sensitive even when heavily diluted ( I used to drink it every single day) so I tend to take ACV only if I have a cold, sore throat, or stomach issues.

Yup and us also a nightmare for your teeth
Yep I noticed that when taking it that my teeth were more sensitive and ached sometimes.
