Appetite Suppressants

What do people recommend, I have tried a lot and for some reason they actually make me hungrier, the best ones for me were Epitome and Assassinate, but was wondering if people had suggestions for less popular/lesser known ones or can vouch for any popular supps for Appetite especially for someone with a relatively fast metabolism/high tolerance.

I have Epitome lined up for a BMP/Myo/Epitome (once myo comes in)

I've ran Alpha Lean 7 a few times and it seemed to work wonders for suppressing my appetite which is pretty hard to do right now being work from home due to covid and all my snacks at arms reach

Nothing beats Ephedrine. Can get it over the counter at pharmacy by the name of Bronkaid.
