Recently bought some Apigenin, 50mg caps from a company that is more focused on vitamins and health supps but seems reputable. My question is how many 50mg caps should I take daily and when, pre/ post workout or just before bed etc. There's a few things I'm thinking of experimenting with (nothing that would revoke my natty status though). I'll happily document any beneficial or negative effects here. Will try Ecdysterone at some point, I have a bottle but I'm sceptical as to whether it has much in it. Also considering Uro b which looks like it work but am abit uncertain if I will try that due to usage reports about side effects on here and something to do with testicular weight reduction. Plus I'd need to find a reputable source in the UK at a reasonable price.
