Im planning on starting AP next week, and i've been reading that people are eating like animals on this stuff and are still hungry.

Would it be wise to take something like True mass, or cyto gainer instead of regular protein shakes for the added calories and carbs ??

Its just that i eat like mad now and never get full and im thinking its gona get worse with AP.

BTW i was also planning on taking cAMPHIBOLIC and animal pack vitamins.

let me know guys! thanks :)

You would be better off with oats, whey, fruit/peanut butter. A lot of these weightgainers rely on sugars to be calorie dense and have creatine to give a weight gain.

Yeah, I would make your own weight gainer if you want to use them. It's a lot cheaper and you get better, more calorie rich carb sources by making your own.

Yea but i know AP requires lots of carbs and im a full time student and also going to work so making a bowl of oatmeal around 7pm might be kind of hard.
thats where id use a shake where i dont have time to go home and make food.

You could prepare it in advance...you can put powder-like oats and some whey and into a tub ready to use. Being a student I assume you don't have a whole lot of money to be buying relatively expensive weight-gainers. Oats+Whey is a healthier and cheaper option that I suggest.

well i got a vshop reward card today, so i was planning on using that to buy something.

On a side note i started taking AP today

15mins before breakfast i took one pill then had 4 scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of sausage, 2 pieces of toast then 20 mins later a bowl of oatmeal with peaches in it. then some gatorade a little later

i started to feel tired and weak and just now i PUKED. for the amount i ate this morning i really didnt puke much(maybe a cup full)

i feel better now, and am going to head to the gym.

has anyone else felt sick after taking AP? was it possibly because i didnt take in enough after takin the pill ?

I would look at your diet...more low GI carbs and less fatty foods. I can't be sure of the cause of your being sick but it sounds to me as though you're not eating enough low GI carbs soon enough after dosing.

Thats an offly high fat meal and calorie meal, you are probably taking in over 26 grams of fat in that meal comming from bad sources.

If I where you, I would eat th oatmeal with peaches 2 eggs with 7 whites and maybe a serving of whey protein with a few fish oil caps.

I usually eat 2 scrambled eggs with oatmeal, but i wanted a little more today since i was starting the AP.

i eat hardboiled eggwhites throughout the day though(mostly at work)
that and cottage cheese mixed with pineapple *Droooool*
in between meals.

The more complex, quality carbs you eat on AP the better your gains are going to be, even if you have to blend up your oatmeal, try 2 scoops chocolate whey isolate+1tblspoon natural peanut butter+ 1 cup oats, that's an awesome homemade weightgainer

I've tried AP with Cytogainer, TrueMass, and MegaMass4000 and it works but not nearly as good as it does with good Old Fashioned Oatmeal or Brown Rice. Your muscles look and feel much more full and you get super hungry about an hour or so after eating. So I would recommend dosing AP prior to meals with more complex carbs and save the other shakes for snacks (or take the shakes with Cialabol).

Well think about it, most ppl resort to weight gainers because they can't consume enough clean food, but im this case you can eat alot of whole grains and expect to be nice and hungry in 2 hours or so.

Thx for all the help guys. I ended up getting a 5 pound jug of true mass for free today, but im only going to use that on days when i'm real busy.

Ill try something like what chaps mentioned when i have time to sit home and mess around with food.

There are just days when i have school 930-330 and then work 5-930 so there really is only time for me to stop at home eat dinner then go off to work. Its gona suck but bringing some truemass will only take a minute out of my schedule on those days.

Best way is to pre-package bro. I'm in my Thesis year and have a basically full-time job, but I still manage to hit my diet 100% almost everyday. On days you don't work, or have a few hours, cook your chicken breasts, beef, hardboiled eggs, etc., for the week while pre-packaging your oats. If you really want to make gains you find a way.

How about finding a way to answer some questions:icon_lol:

Man where their is a will their is a way, i've been pre-packing my meals since i was 13, no ****, through grade school and high school anddddd college, you just need to set aside some time and cook up all your meals. You can cook up all your food for a week if that works out better for you.

pre packing meals becomes a habit, and it takes less and less time every time you do it...

i dethaw chicken and beef by throwing it in the fridge on a covered plate in the morning before i leave for class... and its ready by the evening for me to cook, i throw it on my george foreman, and can do whatever i need to as it cooks, just flipping it as i go about my labs or projects etc... and brown rice/ spaghetti are also really low maintenance, especially rice, i throw them on the stove and just let them cook while i work on stuff... basically anything in my diet is pretty easy to make once you get in the hang of it

i took a few hours one sunday night to time out my meals for each day depending on my schedule, i know what im eating in between/during each class, and have it all ready the night before so im not rushed in the morning....

i also know people who make all the food for the week on sunday nights... it really depends on your schedule

if you really want something, you can make it happen

Exactly! Kinda like eating 6 times a day becomes like second nature and you could go up to 10 meals if you wanted without a fuss.
