AM,

I drove 12 hours in pouring rain so here is a sneak peak of the unedited article. Great stuff please look past the mistakes. THe article will be edited..

A key note! look at graph 4 and read the notes and Whoever can explain why that graphs makes this supplement so special!

Winner gets a bottle of my NEW powerFULL concentrated formula(limited run until I negotiate a better price..crosses fingers), AP and sirplus. More than one answer can win. I am looking for atleast 4 sentences per application.

There is a part 2 and possibly 3 and 4 due to the unique nature of AP...

wow...another great competition for AM members...impressive!! wished i could take part..but guess it doesn't apply to international members?

Graph 4

NOTES FROM GRAPH #4
"* The ingredients in Anabolic Pump were added to a medium containing two powerful lipogenic substances, insulin and corticosteroids to evaluate how effective AP is at preventing fat gain. AP almost completely inhibited the lipogenic effects of insulin and corticosteroid."

So in the presence of High cortisol levels (corticosteroids) and high insulin levels, Anabolic Pump inhibited the fat gain that was seen in the Control group(no AP). That makes this special because it blunts cortisols increased fat storage effects(ie. high cortisol levels post workout with a "Weight Gainer" shake 80+grams of simple carbs + insulin increase from carbs = some definite weight gain around the waist.) So this prevents that neg. effect and produces lean muscular gains and decreased fat while shuttling the calories that would typically go towards fat, to the muscles instead. So you can eat less, get bigger, and lose fat...thats impossible!:jaw:

In vitro testing of Anabolic Pump demonstrated that it almost completely inhibited the lipogenic effects of insulin and corticosteroids. This means that AP preferentially shuttles nutrients to muscle cells (starving fat cells) while simultaneously blocking the passive body composition changes (fat gain and muscle loss) that can be the result of stress-induced hormones (corticosteroids).

Following you. haha

Nutraplanet has it, but I think they are currently sold out.

AP is worth every dime.

Heres my crack at it:

One reason why AP is so special per graph 4 is that whether insulin levels are high or low, the positive effects of AP are static (no change). AP also acts as a "smart transporter" by shuttling the glucose into skeletal muscle instead of fat cells, in essence causing the fat cells to starve to death! One of the biggest things would seem to be that because of the way AP works, it would seem to me (not totally sure) that it blocks most of the fat cells from ever forming, by increasing Glut-4 so much in the skeletal muscle tissue.

My attempt:
The graph is special because Jacob spent a loooooooong a$$ time putting it together. The love he instilled in it is evident to those of us with a sharp eye.

Its showing how AP completly causes your body to choose it as its primary reactor over insulin. Wheater Insulin is present or not, you will have the same anabolic effects from AP as you would from insulin but with out the fat gain. When insulin is present, you still get the anabolic effects, but still no fat gain cause AP shuts down fat cells. Its shows that AP acts independent of insulin, as if insulin were not even present. Anabolic Pump IS your new "insulin".

That graphs makes this supplement so special because thats what most of us want : nutrients shuttled into muscles not fat,we want to be ripped, and hard,
A lean mean fighting machine;)

I'll give it a shot:

AP is the best repartitioning agent ever created, and the best insulin mimicker available on the market today. Extra calories will fill up the muscles without filling up the fat cells. AP makes insulin more efficient. When cortisol is high (after training) and the PWO shake is consumed, almost 100% of what is absorbed force feeds the muscle cells to create a muscle fullness beyond belief!

Every post I read, makes me thirsty for more anabolic pump. I am going to set up camp waiting for mine to arrive:head:

i think it would be pretty amazing if ap can actually prevent the formation of new fat cells, got my first bottle from np today, starting next week. happy new year gents.

Due to the Uniqness, groundbreaking and dramatic implications of AP I bought 5, thats the reason the write up is astonishing. back at cha kelp 2007 best year yet.

sounds like a great product, ive read some logs and it looks like it is a decent product. I'll have to give it a shot when I get some cash and log it to see for myself. Hope it is as good as it looks, if it is, I know what i'll be using.

Can you use this year round, or do you need to go on and off to prevent the body getting used to it?

Graph 4 makes this supplement so special because its basically saying that AP negates the combined forces of insulin and corticosteroids all on its own.

We all know about insulin and how it has no preference to who will get the glucose (muscle/fat). Corticosteroids are divided into two groups 1. glucocorticoids and 2. mineral corticoids. We're mostly interested in the glucocorticoids and more specifically cortisol, a lipogenic glucocorticoid hormone.

What I believe Jacob is getting at is its use for post cycle therapy because of the body's elevated amount of cortisol after a cycle. So with AP you supposedly could continue to eat as if you are still bulking on cycle and not gain an ounce of fat. Pretty damn amazing.

Cortisol is also high post work out, running, when stressed out, prolonged peroids of being awake, during infection, etc.

Seems like you could take AP lose all your fat and never gain it back no matter what you eat. Although if you didnt excersize along with that id imagine you would produce alot of body heat of increased insulin resistance.

Question: When say AP increases GLUT4 expression in skeletal muscle are you saying the expression towards insulin is increased or AP cause GLUT4 to surface?

AP causes translocation of GLUT 4 independent of Insulin,
