DAY 27
JW: Day 51
BAM: Day 41
Anabolic Pump: Day 27
Restore: Day 1

I decided to start Restore right now. I will be dosing 3 caps a day. I did my back and biceps today. The pump was crazy, but I seemed to be missing fuel at the end.. Maybe because I woke up at 3 am this morning  . Anyways, great workout, my shoulders are crazy sore from yesterday. ALLRIGHT!

DAY 28
JW: Day 52
BAM: Day 42
Anabolic Pump: Day 28
Restore: Day 2
Weight: 195.2

Wow. Amazing. I am now 195.2 lbs! This is more motivating than having a pair of boobs shaking in front of you! I am sore today. I have tested AP for a real cheat meal today:

4 french toasts
3 eggs
hashbrowns
1 large iced cappucino
6 cookies

I took 1 AP before, and one after. WHOA! You should have seen my veins poppin! My friend was laughing when he saw my hands! Today is an off day and I am taking some time to rest, and study for my last exam.. ROCK ON AP! :head:

DAY 29
JW: Day 53
BAM: Day 43
Anabolic Pump: Day 29
Restore: Day 3

This was a chest and triceps day. I was just amazed at the kind of pump I got there. My forearms were feeling stretched, and my chest (strength) was just pumped like there was no tomorrow. I don't feel like my strength is very high, but size wize, as you can see, I am doing excellent!

DAY 30
JW: Day 54
BAM: Day 44
Anabolic Pump: Day 30
Restore: Day 4

This was CRAZY SQUAT DAY! I did my 10 sets, blasted totally my quads with almost perfect movement. I should be able to increase the weight in about 2 weeks. Don't forget that I am just training for size, and will be competing in 2 years, so I don't care about the weight I lift, but I focus more on the energy I put on my lifts, and really make those legs grow. I could do more weight no problem, but I wouldn't feel it as much. Here's what I did
115 x 10
125 x 9
135 x 8
145 x 7
155 x 6
165 x 5
175 x 4
185 x 3
195 x 2
205 x 1

Now time to recover, and get some rest during the March break!

DAY 33
JW: Day 57
BAM: Day 47
Anabolic Pump: Day 33
Restore: Day 7

Today was legs, and shoulders. I didn't set any PR's, but my workout was very intense, and focus was at it's best. I can say I was a little disoriented because of the march break, and the routine is not the same. Anyways, Everything is perfect so far.

BAM: Day 48
Anabolic Pump: Day 34
Restore: Day 8

GAINS + 4.0 LBS
This was my last day of AP. I did my biceps and back. This morning, I am feeling like my lats have stretched and they're very sore! (YEAH!!!!) My biceps were as well flodded with huge pumps yesterday. I wasn't able to move them after my 3 triple drop sets!!! So to conclude:

What was good:
I loved the tremendous pumps the product gave me. My veins felt like road maps during 90% of my workouts.

I absolutely felt more sore next mornings, because I pushed more, and those pumps are also a source of motivation.

I am leaner thanI would usually be, and feel like I have made repartition a lot better during this cycle.

What was so-so:
Well, I could say that the stomach problems were not very convenient, but does not affect my rating. It's a possible side effect, but nothing major.

What could I do to maximize the cost?

Well, I found out that if you skip the morning AP, and just use one pre workout, and one post workout, the pumps are BETTER! I did it a few times, and no I wasn't hallucinating. IMO, it would be better to just use 2 caps during workout days to benefit of those incredible pumps, and save a lot of money. If you think AP is too expensive, try this.

SPECIAL THANKS to Jacob for allowing me to use this product and witness it's super powers. Thanks to all of you who visited the log and supported me during this time period. :box:
