AP questions

New to the forum fellas so bear with me I have a couple of questions. First if I can come off this stuff for a few weeks am I going to start loosing a lot of weight and strenght like you would if coming off creatine? I do not take creatine now but I have before and when you come off it seems you start loosing what you gained very quickly

Second question is this stuff hard to digest? I read where a couple of ppl couldnt stop passing gas and one couldnt stay out of the bathroom. I cant be running to the bathroom or farting on my job, that is frowned upon! lol.

Hi there,
I have never had a problem with AP. Infact AP is currently my favourite product from their line up. I usually use 2-3 bottles then take 3-4 weeks off and repeat. If you continue to work out with your time off AP you should not lose any strength really. You will probably notice less vascularity, and perhaps less endurance.
But there should not be a drop off in strength.
 
Awesome, sounds good! I have been toying with the notion of trying it the past few days, almost sounds to good to be true. Good to know you dont lose strength when you come off it like you do with some supps.

yea i think you should try it...definitely my favorite supplement. As long as training and diet are in tact you should not lose anything when you stop using it...other than the fact you will not be using carbs as effectively but no strength or weight loss happens when i cycle off.

AP contains an alkaloid (just means a plant chemical) which effects the microbes involved in digestion and bowl movements; while some people experience uncomfortable bowel effects, they are in the minority, and these effects are actually healthy.

When you come off, if you have put on muscle while on it, it will not immediately dissipate. If it's mass, it will stay.

As long as its not like getting a hold of a cheap batch of creatine! I tried it when if first came out in the mid 90s and it was a bad experience! lol
