AP/Pslin after carbs...

Now, I realize that if I eat carbs before taking ap/pslin, those carbohydrates will not be attributed to the affect Ap/pslin gives me...

Now... the question is:

Are the carbs just not utilized with the ap/pslin OR are the AP/Pslin NEGATED in my system by the previous carbohydrates. I realize I should probably not take most supplements on a FULL stomache, but I just had 4-5 prunes about a half hour ago... and then had the sudden urge to go get a workout in. I just popped an AP/Pslin combo, and will be downing my usual preworkout oatmeal shake. Am I still reaping the benefits or should I shoot for my insulin being suppressed as much as possible?

corosolic acid in banaba works like insulin

berberine is an a amylase inhibitor so it "wastes" some carbs in the form of mono and dissacharides which is why its best to take it with complex carbs.

i feel differently in the use of these products,

AP before pre workout meal and PSLIN 30 min before your workout ends followed by your favorite carbohydrate/BCAA mix PWO
