AP, P-Slin, and Nicotine. Negative Interactions?

Howdy guys,
My question is with the use of tobacco with AP and P-Slin. First and foremost, I understand the dangers of tobacco use. I've been trying to quit dipping for some time, and although I appreciate any concerns users may have regarding the negative health effects of tobacco, I would like it if we could keep the discussion on the pharmacological effects of nicotine with these two compounds.

I understand that these two products work on regulating blood sugar levels and the effects of in insulin. I also know that nicotine inhibits the release of insulin, leading to higher blood sugar levels.

My question is this, would I be counteracting the effects of AP or P-Slin? Just a thought that popped into my head.

nicotine actually causes a little bit of glucose to be released from the liver is what ive heard. but i dont think it really effects ap and pslin because i smoke and it still works. so idk
