I am on a low carb diet and was wondering if it could be beneficial to take a cap of Ap only on my eating days?
I ussually eat 1-2 meals a week with higher cals..
Olso would it do any good for the cut to take Ap only once a day with my main meal?
Sure, frankly I think you'd do better by including some complex carbs 3 times (even if it's just 30g CHO) but only on carb days is better than nothing.
