I feel much "thicker" now and my muscles have a nice full feeling to them at almost all times of the day.

Would I continue to use DNA..heck yes.. the sleep in itself has me sold. Normally I sleep like crap.

yelis300 said:i do simple carbs for first meal when i wake up and also post-workout. thats about is except sometimes when i am unable to get my meals in on time due to work ect...then i will do some simple carbs but not much.
actually my post-workout is 70g dextrose and 30-40g whey.
