Ap during workout

I know you are to take ap before ur highest carb meals. IE, breakfast, pre and post. My post work out carb i get from wms immedietly post, like within the first 5 mins. On high carb days i mix oats in my shake 30 mins later, but low carbs day all i have is the wms. Should i take the ap while im working out 15 mins prior to consuming the wms?

That's what I would do. Before I'd begin my last set(s) when I knew I'd be done in 15 minutes, I'd run to the locker room and take my AP, then go back to the weights and finish up. Once I was done I would drink my WMS+BCAA shake.
 
I'd just take it and drink your shake asap, i've done this no problem with no loss of effect, lol.
