AP and P-Slin Question?

you could do 2 caps on meals for AP and 1 cap for pre-workout on P-Slin. I substitute P-Slin for AP eventhough I have it at home. The whole idea is to deliver nutrients to your muscles in need before you workout. That is the concept of P-Slin. You can acchieve this with AP as well so technically you can do 3 AP with 1 cap close to pre-workout or you can do 2 AP 1 Pslin or 3 AP and 1 Pslin. It depends on your budget in my opinion. For me 3 AP per day with 1 cap close to preworkout does the job.

great advice right there...fit it around ur diet and make sure u take in enough carbs with each dose and ull have great results

I am very happy with my results on AP. My friend started me off with a 3 week sample when I firsted started lifting. To this day I am a HUGE fan of AP and P-Slin. In fact, as a broke college student I picked up 2 bottles of AP and 1 bottle of P-Slin on my rather tight budget. Reguardless of price, it's worth every penny. Keep up the great work. :cheers:
 
Cellar pretty much summed it up well. I personally like using:
AP before breakfast
Pslin before workout
Ap after Workout
Depending on what time i workout i will throw in an extra meal with AP. It really depends mostly on your dietary habits though. If you can afford it any meal with 50+ carbs should have AP and use pslin for your preworkout meal.

Although AP is not as potent as P-Slin in terms of pumps, I believe AP is still pretty amazing. 100g of carbs with AP gives you the craziest pumps ever. They last a good 2 hours or so and then they return to regular pump size, but the super pump look is just amazing. It gets to the point where it looks as if your skin is being stretched.

me too...i regularly used AP with around 100 grams carbs and had some pretty amazing results
 
for me, i ran a one weeker of AP, guess where the other 3 weeks of it went LOL.

anyway during the first week, swelling of the muscles were crazy, it was literally 24.7

god i miss it.
 
i remembered when taking it, i had pumps all day long. i think i made the mistake, though, of taking AP and P slin at the same time. i would do AP breakfeast, Pslin and AP preworkout/lunch and AP dinner. im going to run it again in the near future and spread them out more.

the all day pump thing is cool. You feel bigger mentally, look bigger physically and your lifts and energy start to increase.

Im curious to see how banaba extract compares to AP.

Ive been told that it works on similar pathways as AP.

whats the point of taking BOTH ap and p-slin? Do they "help each other out" to make them work more efficently?

well, the idea of P-Slin and AP is that they both repartition nutrients. P-Slin being the stronger version of AP, It's designed to deliver MORE nutrients to the muscles. I believe that the point of P-Slin is to make better use of the carbs. I do feel that AP does this as well, but im guessing P-Slin does this better. As a higher extract to AP, it is designed to utilize more nutrients. The catch phrase more bang for your buck is well suited in this case. P-Slin offers more bang for your carbs. While AP is very good at doing so, P-Slin was designed stronger. As a result of almost making your muscles a garbage compactor, your muscles are forcefed carbs,protiens and such. This would result in pumps from the carbs. I would consider this the main primary focus of P-Slin. Since it is a higher and potent extract taken 1 time per day, it is designed for delivering nutrition when your body needs it most, during exercise. This results in massive pumps, energy,endurance,strength. P-Slin utilizes your food and makes it more anabolic so to speak.

High carbs as in..500-600 carbs daily.

EDIT: Im bascially deciding between the ap with p-slin and the anabolic diet.

Both are very different ideas yet very intresting in their own aspect.

you should still be careful on exactly how high your carbs go. I mean taking 200g of carbs or some bs like that in 1 sitting would be crazy. Try to stay in the 60g of carb range on AP and you can go as high as 100g of carbs on P-Slin.

Before Pslin Ap would give me a real full feeling in my muscle, but since PSlin really makes your body absorb so much your muscle are pretty saturated making the AP that much more noticeable. If Arnold would of had AP and Pslin he would have coming at the gym at home, on the ride home, at the beach, and anywhere else he was. I just watched Pumping Iron so sorry for the corny Arnold reference,

I have heard about the uses of AP on a something like CKD diet. I do think that someone might suffer from headaches. I seem to suffer from headaches when not taking enough carbs from AP. It would be cool to take AP only on carb up days however.
 
Thanks for the responses all. Been using the AP as directed for about a year now. The main reason for taking the product (for me anyway) is to stay as lean as possible while bulking. Also use it precontest as well.

The results, well at one time my carb intake was close to 600 grams a day, and put on minimal bodyfat (some), but not sloppy at all.

So by taking P-Slin pre-workout, and the AP 3 times a day, it will be interesting to see what happens. Sorry for the long post, but just wanted to give my 2 cents! Mike
