A search brought up a thread where someone from usp recommended 12on/4off when taking AP.
Just wondering any specific reason not to stay on longer than 12 weeks? Just a general guideline, or will taking it for lengthy periods of time change the way your body reacts to carbs in general unless you cycle off for a while?
