Anything to Potentiate MK677?

Lowered dosage back down to 20mg. I was experiencing serious bloating and water retention at 40mg+. Almost 10 lbs. of water. Going to run it at 20mg for the remainder of this year.

Running the MK677 along with Lean EFX, Reduce XT, Thyrocaps, and ALCAR-500. Trying to cut without using heavy stims like Clen.

How much are you trying to cut? Have you ran those without mk677 before?

So much yes in here !!!! Wait til u try it. I never ran osta by itself. But I will say iam using leanefx now with wonderful results. Check my natty 365 thread those new products are what iam running plus lean efx
 
Considering throwing in either Stano, Proviron, or even Epiandro. If I decide to do that, I'll be discontinuing my use of stims entirely while on this cycle.
 
YET ANOTHER POTENTIAL BOOST FOR YOUR MK-677:

Tribulus Terrestis...cheap as dirt. I get mine from SNS.

1.25g of a standardized tribulus terrestis (TT) extract (bought on the free market from Pronova Biocare, Sweden) with a saponin content of >40% per day, increased FREE IGF-1, alleviating muscle damage and promoting anaerobic performance of trained male boxers.

Ma, Yiming, Zhicheng Guo, and Xiaohui Wang. "Tribulus Terrestris extracts alleviate muscle damage and promote anaerobic performance of trained male boxers and its mechanisms: Roles of androgen, IGF-1 and IGF binding protein-3." Journal of Sport and Health Science (2015).
 
I've decided on running OL SUP3R-EPI at 1000mg ED for 6 weeks to go along with my MK677 run. Going to closely monitor my blood pressure and use the Lean EFX sparingly. I will stash it away if it gets too high.

I also have EvoMuse BMP, Reduce XT and other SNS goodies in my arsenal, might I add. You bastards are going to make me broke lol! Damn logs grabbing my attention.

BamBam0319, do you think including low-dosed Osta in my Epi run would make a significant difference, as to running Epi solo? Or should I throw in S4? I'm interested in trying more SARMs. I have limited experience with Osta, using it only for joint relief for a few weeks.

I think the only thing you'd benefit from Ostarine in that scenario is joint relief like you've already experienced, unless you're cutting? In that case you may see some better pumps and maintained strength, but I feel like you'd see that with epiandro even without the osta.

I was just trying to preserve more muscle with that cut. I've only used Stano before not Epi. How much weaker is it from your experience?

I took 2 extra somatostatin lowering supplements listed below. I got the results back from the bloodwork after being on 25mg of mk677 only for 2 weeks, and the result was 372 ng/ml

That's an increase of 145 points from baseline.

227 baseline igf-1----->380 igf-1 after being on 4iu of Chinese pharm grade GH for 2 days

227 baseline igf-1----->372 igf-1 after being on mk677 only for 2 weeks.

Keep in mind I took 25mg of mk677 in a cap with my coffee every morning along with huperzine A and EGCG just once a day of both. You could also use CDPcholine and vitamin B5 in place of the huperzine A, this all helps to lower somatostatin. I use a 1mg scale to weigh my mk677.

In conclusion, the 25mg mk677 every morning was very similar to the igf-1 reading I got when testing 4iu of pharm grade Chinese GH for 2 days. So with me, taking mk677 is like taking 4iu of GH, as the 3 blood tests I took prove it (baseline igf-1 bloods, 4iu GH igf-1 bloods, and 25mg mk677 for 2 weeks bloods).

For what it's worth, I just started a new experiment taking 3g of L-arginine + 1.5g L-ornithine before workouts and 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach along with the 25mg mk677 + huperzine A + egcg, and for the first time I have noticed tingling in the fingers (just like high dose gh) for about 4 hours total after taking all together as arginine/ornithine are both potent somatostatin inhibitors (see 2010 study I posted from Zajac, Adam) I believe the combo of all these somatostatin inhibitors along with the mk677 may be sending my igf-1 even higher then the latest lab, so in the future (in a month) I will have another blood taken to see if the addition of arginine/ornithine is helping to send the igf-1 levels even higher.Invalid Link Removed
 
What I've done with MK for the last 3 months to increase bioavailability is dissolve the raw powder in pure DMSO and use it sublingual. I don't have any other experience with it to compare this run to, but I am highly satisfied with the results. I feel like I've lost around 6-7% bodyfat (conservative est.) and maintained most of my LBM and all of my strength, while leaning out. The first month I ran it at 10mg/ed, second and third months 15mg/ed. I usually dose in the afternoon/evening and squirt it under my tongue and hold it there as long as possible. Most nights I wake up 8-10 times to either one or both of my hands/forearms completely dead numb. So numb that when the feeling starts coming back it's really painful. I just deal with it and go back to sleep. I also take 10mg of Melatonin before bed.

I've run across a couple references saying the oral bioavailability of MK is 30%? Is that correct? I've read a lot of forum posts talking about how great the bioavailabilty is. That doesn't sound that great to me. I'm thinking the DMSO is increasing the blood levels quite a bit. Anyway...just my anectode. Hope it might be able to help someone...
