Anything to add to first test cycle?

So I'm getting ready for my first injectable cycle. From what I have gathered on this site and other places on the web, 500mg for 12 weeks of test e seem to be the general recomendation. I've also noticed how people stress the importance that the test e alone is enough and adding other compounds is a waste and really not needed for a first time user. Which brings me to my question: considering my prohormone history, could/should I increase the test, or could I add lets say S-drol to kick start the test (have two bottles of methdrol that I never used)

4 week 50mg hdrol
4 week 30mg havoc
8 week 800mg bold200
6 week 30-40mg havoc
6 week pmag 75mg w/8 week 800-1g bold200

(all cycles done in order, with 1 year average between cycles)

Honestly I would increase dose or add in a 2nd thing to stack. But that is maybe just me.

Thanks. So maybe 700mg? I originally said I have some sdrol sitting around but honestly I'm tired of orals, so I would prefer to up the test- if thats not overkill my first run
 
Anybody agree with 700-800? I dont want to over do it, at the same time I dont want to under-do-it either, I really would like to get the best out of this cycle, especially considering the time spent building up to this
 
With your history I would probably add in a kick start for 4 weeks and then ride out the rest of the test cycle at 500 mgs. You won't be disappointed.
 
Start at 500 and after 4-6 weeks you can bump up if you want. Also I would double up on my first shot or so. So take 500 mg (2ml) for the first shot and you can do that again for the 2nd or just start doing the normal 1ml per shot.

Thanks for the suggestion, now I'm kinda torn between doubling it up or using an oral kick start. Alot of guys say they ran hdrol @ 100 and were fine, but when I ran it at that dosage the bloodwork that I got done reflected a serious beatdown on my liver, this why the sdrol has been kept on the shelf and why I'm going injectable. Btw how would doubling it up compare to an oral kickstart?
 
You can always run prop for the first 3-4 weeks with test e. Then hop off it until the end of the cycle and if you have any left throw it in after your last ethanate shot and run it for three weeks while it clears.

Your choice. Id add tbol. At the end. That's just me though.

Thanks for the input, but I'm done with tbol, ran it solo at 100mg a day about a year and a half ago and didnt feel anything besides loss of appetite because of the strain it was putting on my liver. I'd like to keep it all injectable, just actually wondering if i should do anything other than the standard 500 test e for beginners with my ph history

I am willing to bet that the tbol was under dosed or bunk. Real deal tbol should be ran between 40-60 mg ed in my experience . There are always those guys that do crazy amounts and I'm not saying you cant but there should be noticeable gains from just 40-50 mg in my opinion.
 
And I would grab 20 ml of prop and run 1ml EOD . So 14ml will be used for the first 4 weeks as a kick start and then you can run the last 6 ml m/w/f the last two weeks after your last test e shot. Then wait 4 days after last prop shot to start pct.
 
If you get you BF below 10 before cycle add proviron. It's highly andrigenic, will make you muscles denser/harder, and make you more vascular. I'm never cycling without it, it's oral too

Yeah I was thinking it was bunk or bad, but my blood panel didnt reflect that, it was my third run so I wasnt really expecting alot, I would expect even less from a 4th run

Thanks, guess I'll do some reading up on proviron, was thinking about trying to get my BF down to 10 or below pre cycle, but I'm working in my actual cycle diet in with my maintenance diet right now and am pretty happy with muscle fullness, appetite, etc. I could definitely use more vascularity though

Proviron is a DHT derivative used by AAS bodybuilders to reduce the aromatisation of testosterone and its derivatives. Thus, effectively there will be more free testosterone, which the human body uses to build muscle. Additionally it has been reported through AAS users to help amplify the effect of a cycle (since it increases the amount of free testosterone).

However, in order to substantiate my aforementioned point, proviron does help to release free testosterone, thus increasing overall free testosterone levels useful for bodybuilding. In addition, proviron also helps keep estrogen levels under control in the male body (which means it can be used to compliment your AI (whether it be asin, adex, caber, letro)) - but this compound cannot be used for PCT.

looks like i will be throwing this in, btw how do you prefer to run it?

I ran 2 cycles, first one was prop only and second prop and priviron. I could defiantly notice the difference in the "pump" I had, you can keep going and going with reps.

Depends, How long do you plan on cycling?

Planning on the standard 12 weeks, would like to stretch it out to 14 but not quit sure if those 2 extra weeks would do anything in terms of gains since this will be my first one

After 12 weeks you are only going to maintain what you have bit it will be harder to recover from. So ideally I think it would be smart to run it for 12 weeks and then jump in to pct after everything has cleared. It would be smart to figure out how well you recover from a traditional cycle so you will have a baseline for the rest of your cycles.

Besides you will have some extra prop to through in while the test is clearing.

I wanted to ask you how you knew from your blood panel that the tbol was bunk?

Do 25mg daily for first 2 weeks

Bump to 50 mg for next 8

Decrease to 25mg for last 2 weeks

About the tbol, I was actually thinking that it wasn't bunk, liver enzymes were all sorts of crazy elevated, just didn't feel on, even the cycle before that- pmag @75, bold @1g, best gains ever but still.... that superhuman feeling that i got from my first and second cycle (tbol, epistane) just wasn't there.
 
Btw thanks for all the input and help with tweaking the cycle guys, I'll definitely post a log when I start... which should be really soon

I was in my scrubs at work supposed to go to rounds with the doc's, I couldn't not get it down
and had to miss rounds. Lol, you'll have sex drive like never before. If you have a girlfriend, she's gonna fall in love with you all over again lol

oh man.. thats too funny, guess I'm looking forward to it, but kinda not- my job requires me to be on my feet all day too lol
