Anything New With PA (Phosphatidic Acid)??

Haven't heard of anyone mention PA lately... what's the latest on it? Has any new studies come out? I know that MuscleTech discontinued their product on it... not sure why if they felt strongly about its effects. I've put a cease to my soy lecithin granules for a few months but debating about getting on. I'm not concerned about "pump" but rather an impact on getting stronger/more muscle in the long-run.

There are a few PA products out on the market now, not really worth the price though IMO

MPA Pharmgrade (Only one I would recommend but way too pricey at $60-70/tub)

I am holding out until OL puts Tr1umph back to the market.

In the meantime, SL is really the way to go if you can stomach them.

I know! I was sad OL took it off the market! It was my go to PA product!

Never saw much results with PA maybe a slight pump. SNS ARA always gave me better strength and size gains and I’ve tried PA 3 times now.
