I have medial epicondylitis (golf's elbow), and want to see if you all could help recommend any supplement to help. Yes I am doing treatment and resting.

How about the following:

Antaeus Labs Achilles

SNS Joint Support XT

Core Nutritionals Core Flex

PES GenoFlex,

All stacked with a solid multi vitamin like Orange Triad.

One of the listed products stacked with OT, not all just to clarify on response.

I suffered from this on both elbows thanks to bad form and crossfit. I was in pain for 9 month until I used AnaBeta Elite + Fish Oil and after 4 days I had no more pain. Coincidence? Doesn't exist.

Animal flex, sns joint xt or achilles by anateaus labs is always good.

Flexible from Formutech has been a fave of mine..anything with Cissus for the most part..Joint Help from I Force is great also..has Cissus + Paractin...I swear by those two

SNS Joint Support XT with some added Cissus and thank me later. E-Pharm Joint Force would be a nice addition to that stack if you would like!

I got you man. I'm successfully recovering from GE right now. Even though I am a Block Head who refuses to stop doing the movements that aggravate the tendon completely, it is still getting better and better (complete rest would probably speed it up, but I can't stop lifting).

I use a Green TheraBar for Eccentric Loading Therapy. Check YouTube for "Tyler Twist".
I use VersaGrips for almost everything to take as much off the Tendon as possible.
High Dose Pantothenic Acid (B5) 1.25g+

Things that also may be helping (I coincidentally was starting these when the GE hit), but iffy on the data: Ostarine and MK-677.

Other things that probably aren't doing anything (for tendons), not joints - but I take as a staple: 3.6g Omega-3, 3g Bulk Cissus.

Do the first 3 and see how it feels in 90 days - if you rest, it'll probably be even quicker. In comparison, it took me almost a year to rehab Tennis Elbow (same elbow) doing just the TheraBar with VersaGrip use. Check Ergo-Log for the study on Vitamin B5 and Rabbit Tendons.

I would pick one of these for long-term pain relief/repair. For immediate relief, I would stack it with either Joint Force (which everyone I know who uses it thinks is a miracle) or Chrio Joints.

I've taken OT for years but haven't had relief for my TE or GE until I started GenoFlex. I went from having to take weeks off from direct arm training to now pushing it way beyond my normal workout volume just to see how far I can go without pain. It's one of the best supplements I've ever used but I am concerned it might be too good to be true and have side effects down the road like in the movie I Am Legend.

Novel Formulas:
PES Genoflex
SNS Joint Support XT
Antaeus Labs Achilles (they will be updating this soon, so keep on the lookout)
iForce Joint Help
E-Pharm Joint Force

For solo ingredients:
Meriva Curcumin (great to stack with the above, by the way)
SNS Cissus XT (stack with some of the ones above, because some use less than 3000mg Cissus)
6g Fish Oil

Below is a pretty good list of what I'd recommend:

In addition the new Scivation joint product is suppose to be worth looking into as well.

Joint Support XT is one I am getting my grandparents using due to numerous joint and movement issues - so far for them the pain relief is beyond amazing and they have even starting buying it for their friends and neighbours which is an incredible testament.

Just keep up with the rehab throughout as the pain will subside as you may forget you need to continue to do it
