I just got this book called DIALED IN, and I really like the exercise portion - lots of things I never know and as I try them out they seem to make sense. And the workout journals are awsome. The diet section is more complicated - I get the idea and like the nutrition journals: EFAs, Low Glycemix carbs, lean proteins. But customizing is a little bit like doing your taxes. Lots of great pics. But I wanted to know what you all think - does this monitoring measuring body fat every two weeks and fine tuning really work. Are you getting results? I think the info on how to set up workout routines, and all the intensity techniques make it worth the price of the book - but the whole program seems very large and detailed - how much water to drink, supplements to take, goals to establish. I do not think I have the time to set this all up. Anyone out there using this?
