So I went out a splurged, I have had a stiff neck for awhile now and I have a massive head which seems to put strain on my neck haha.
I got it on Monday and have used it everyday so far for 5 mins at the end of the day. I've got to say my neck feels great and a lot more free at this stage. I am wanting to use it a few times a week and do some weighted exercise to really build up some size on my neck.
How would you guys incorporate this into your Neck training routines? I was thinking;
Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri- Iron Neck - 5-10 min routine

Monday- Weighted flexion and extension 4x25 (fast reps, I read this is the best way to get size)
Wednesday- repeat
Friday- repeat
I will be using Halodrol from Monday so hoping this will help with recovery and size haha
