Yeah, I know this other guy that actually told me to take it like how we are. I honestly could not tell you why people are using the 40/40/20/20 method. I'm not saying they are wrong, I just think it helps to taper it off a little bit more. Anyone else have anymore reasons or suggestions. I must say though, my post cycle therapy so far is really good. I have ectually gained weight since I got off of the superdrol. My lethargy is almost gone and I still have the same intensity in the gym. I must admit though, my joints are a little sore.
