I just turned 63 Feb 5th . For years I did your basic 4 day split light/heavy push Mon-Thurs then Pull Tue- Fri !!

About a year ago I started studying the central nervous system and its impact on muscle growth. Needless to say I train less duration with less weight but higher volume. Combine with fasting part of the day, then eating carbs at night has given me the ability to maintain mass as I begin to cut...
