Hi, a professional bodybuilder of my country is preparing me for a competition and started 3 months for max hipertrofy and strength, he put me this routine, i dont know how much time i must do this, but i share with you:

1-Abs 3x 20
2-Hiperextensions 2x10
3- Squats 3x6-8(first set the lightest and the second set the heaviest!)
4- Pull ups 3x 10
5- Bench press 3 x6-8((first set the lightest and the second set the heaviest!)
-Dips optional 2x10
6- Military press or Behind the neck 3x8
7- Skullcrusher 3x8
8- Bicep Curls olimpic bar3x 8

And workout monday, tuesday, wednesday(REST),thursday, friday, saturday and sunday (REST)
Repeating the same
My question is, i ve readed about high frequency training and routines with high frequency touching the same muscle group various days in row i never tried something like that, and before you are judging he prepared a lot of people and is a great trainer with high reputation, anyone have tried something like this? or know the science of a routine like this? I am in my third day, resting, and my legs is killing me xD

First thing first, you need some sort of horizontal row. Also, there's a lot of upper volume in comparison to lower. You probably wont put on a pair of wheels doing this routine.

In terms of high frequency, full body training im a fan. But, I'd have a day A and a day B and hit legs a little harder the second day.

Thank you, then a fullbody routine 2 days on 1 off, is good for mass, but the soreness is greater and monotonous, i read that Bill hermsworrth and Roby Robinson and more bodybuilders trained fullbody everyday, thank you bro
