anyone tried cytosport fast twitch?

I love their cytogainer and other proteins and many guys at my gym are raving about this sup. Anyone got any feedback on the ingredient profile or how well it works?

i tried the fast twitch RTD. its ok. the formula is pretty basic, and it has alot of caffeine for a good stim kick.

i wouldnt buy it by the tub load though.. too many better pre-workout formulas out there for the same price or cheaper.

I tried Fast Twitch about three years ago at the recommendation of a competing pro in my home state.
It is the most effective supplement I have ever tried.Honestly,it is the closet substitute for AS that I have ever tried.
Unlike most creatine products that give you water weight,I retained the lean muscle gains I got from Fast Twitch.
The only reason I do not still use it is that it gave me bad acne that took quite awhile to get rid of.
