I just started back onto DC training again. man i really missed doing this routine! love it! at first, its hard to wrap my mind around the low volume per muscle group each training day. im coming off of 6 weeks of high volume, 14-16 sets each muscle group. getting tired and DC just rebooted my mind and muscles! love it.
