Haha what all are you looking for? I can prob help you out

Are you wanting meals laid out? Do you have an idea of what your total calories will be? Can you do repetitive meals a day or are you wanting a diverse diet?

Oh just some good ole Keto Magic.

Lets start with:
Stats
Lifting (time of day, style, goals)
Cardio (if any, how long, type)
Maint cals (if you know)
Current diet and results
Have you tried this in the past? Results?
Food likes/dislikes?
Repetitive meals or need variety?
Any intolerances/allergies?
Meals/day?
Any other limitations? (only have access to certain foods, meal times, drink vs eat cals, etc etc)

Who would you pay for something so simple. Eat the foods you like, when you would like. Distribute protein evenly. Since it is keto, you don't have to worry about carb timing.

I'm probably more or less looking for someone to help set my calorie intake and double check the simple food plan that we come up with.

Cardio AM Fasted then Lifting AM.

Not sure on calories just yet. Gotta recalculate them honestly.

Current diet is:
Eat whatever (no carbs) when I get hungry, and protein with every meal / snack.

Currently I'm losing weight and recomping.

I've done it in the past, had amazing results. I wish I could have carbs more but they always seem to keep the stomach fat around. Keto has been the only way to actually make that 6% body fat.

As simple as possible, will eat the same thing for every meal, I don't mind.

Usually I do eggs and beef for breakfast. Chicken or beef and vegetables for lunch, same for supper.

Meals per day is preferably 3 with 2 to 3 afternoon snacks. Blood glucose must drop later in the afternoon because I'm tired as **** around 4:00 PM lol.

This is true. Also, life's stupid busy so I thought, why not. Haha.

No stats, no lifting style, no goals?

I got you right here.

Depending on caloric needs or wants adjust portion sizes,

morning coffee black with grass fed butter, usually one or two tbs. (Could also use coconut oil if you wish)

Free range cage free whole eggs

Grass fed ground beef and steak

Chicken thighs

Salmon

Fats can come from grass fed butter, olive oil, macadamia nut oil, coconut oil, avocado oil

A great way to do a shake is using canned coconut milk and your protein powder.

Avocados, walnuts and tons of cruciferous veggies if you want.

Good luck bro
