Anyone keeping Epinephrine pen nearby?

Ok, I know this is one of the weirdest titles ever but soon I will be injecting test e which contains benzyl benzoate, never injected anything containing benzyl benzoate and I am worried I might have a violent allergic reaction to it as it has been documented before.

So I was wondering how many of you keep an epinephrine pen handy before trying novel substances?
 
It more than likely wont happen the first injection. The second time is when you'll find out. So you at least get one free pin.

Edit: hopefully i dont have to say this but just in case here it is: if you really start feeling something after, take 50mg Benadryl and drive your ass to the ER asap.
