anyone heard of USP FREAK Workout?

It looks very cool. The problem with it is that it is so complex and very easy to alter.

So, a lot of people will alter so many things and thus come up with their own bastardized version of it since they know more than the coach who put it together, lol.

Like anything, make sure you are getting progressively stronger with it and do it as is for one complete cycle before modifying it.
