ANyone heard of Nolva stopping sperm production?

Anyone know anything about this?
 
From what I understand, in a study conducted on monkeys (not sure the method), they discovered continious use of Nolva for more than 90 days caused the monkeys to become infertile. It did not reduce the sperm count, but the sperms were too lazy to swim. I need to research this more to see if that is a permenent effect.
