Has anyone attempted a similar cycle
I don't think your gonna find many if anyone using epo on this forum, I have no experience, I only know 1 guy who uses it and it's for MMA (still endurance purposes) but that's about it. It can be pretty dangerous, a lot more dangerous then your typical ped's so pay attention, check your bp regularly and I hope your getting bloodwork to keep a eye on things

So far my endurance is way up. I can't make myself breath hard jogging or on the rower. EPO is not a fat burner. If anything I think I'm burning less calories. Im still fat just much faster. A few people have commented that I look red. I don't necessarily feel better either. I still feel like ****, only difference is I am hauling ass when I swim. I think there is some truth to the tissue repair thing because I have been swimming like a machine but my shoulders feel fine. Normally when I swim this much my shoulders are wreaked.

sounds like something better suited for game/event day rather than training aide?
