Anyone have any experience with jammer arms?

Looking into jammer arms mainly for pressing and rowing movements and wondering if anyone has used them and found them useful. I understand the issues with moving them about if not on a trolley system and awkwardness and set up and so on but I’m just interested in how the movements feel, if they do mimic hammer strength machines in any way. Thanks guys.

They don’t mimic hammer strength. They are completely vertical and stuck at the width of the rack. If you have nice / adjustable handles, that may make an improvement.

I have had mine for 1.5 years and used them maybe 5 times total. I’m tempted to make something else for them to be used on.
