Anyone had/have a varicocele?

I had one on the left since i was 18 and im almost 22 now...just found out i have a right one as well...im getting pain around that area and in the lower abdominum area...

i was wondering if you guys got yours fixed. I set an appointment with a radiologist that does the embolization procedure and thinking about getting it done...
