Anyone got any good pre workout mixtures?

Need somethin powerful enough to start the fire, but sustain the length of my workout without that queezie shaky feelin.
 
Piracetam, Sulbutiamine, acetyl-carnitine, choline citrate, beta-alanine, add in some caffeine when desperate and throw it all in a glass of OJ. Slog it down 15-30 mins before you hit the gym. Tastes terrible, but definitely gets the fire kickin'. I never workout or study without it.
