Go to imageshack.us and upload your pics there. If you are running Windows XP you can go Invalid Link Removed and get the powertool: image resizer to modify the total pixel width/height as well as keep original size but lower the file size.

I also use that program and love the quick changes you can make. I am a wizz and hate photoshop for doing simple tasks like that..
